Big Brother season 24’s first look at the HOH room is all about red, white and blue (and it’s trendy too)

Big Brother Season 24 is almost here, and both CBS viewers and Paramount+ subscribers are hungry for any details on what’s to come. CinemaBlend recently shared some fresh details to keep fans excited ahead of the 90-minute live premiere, and now we’re taking a look at HOH’s bedroom for the first time this season!

The head of the family has the most power in Big Brother home, and assuming no twists and turns are jeopardized this season, they obviously play a major role in determining who stays and who leaves. This season certainly shows that power to the fullest, as it looks like HOH will be holding court in one of the most bizarre (and potentially patriotic) venues we’ve ever seen:

Home theme for Big Brother Season 24 is said to be “Mid-Century Palm Springs” and this room definitely showcases some classic beauty. I especially love the use of red and blue throughout and how they are complemented so well by the white marble and other elements. It’s probably no coincidence that episodes that debuted the same week as “The Fourth of July” have such a flag-worthy color scheme.

The main room is perfect for conversations, and I’m sure many alliance members will be lounging on the couch and discussing strategies for the coming season. This see-through wall leading to the bathroom can make it difficult for mystery guests to escape when others unexpectedly enter, so I can’t wait to see if any guest is unintentionally caught by this design choice. The red and blue cards on opposite walls are definitely interesting as they both share the same color choice that is used throughout the game. Big Brother Season 24 number HOH. It might just be a design choice, but I’m also wondering if these details portend a bigger twist or a new element coming to the game. (Note that there is also a globe in the picture below, which is probably related to all of this.)

Of course, we should take a closer look at the bathroom, as this is the most desirable place for any person. Big Brother Guest. Apparently, having your own bathroom makes you a popular person when everyone else has to use one.

I call it right now: this season Big Brother at least one scene will be featured in which HOH contemplates his options in that bath. The potential is certainly high for a comfortable bubble bath that would be beneficial after a grueling endurance race.

Of course, another coveted item in the HOH room is the bed. This year’s offering doesn’t really change the design of the bed much, but I love what they did with the wall lights behind it. It almost creates a kind of throne for HOH to sit on while discussing strategy, which I really appreciate.

It’s like a bed where showmanship (or casual bonding) can flourish, for better or worse, or it can just be a super-comfortable place to relieve stress. It’s impossible to know yet if there will be love this season, although I certainly wouldn’t mind another equally attractive couple like Derek Xiao and Claire Refusse from Season 23.

Another thing that I really like is the amount of seating in the hall. These two long sofas will definitely make for a sleepover party, assuming that’s what the Season 24 contestants are into:

All in all, this is one of the trendiest head of family rooms I have ever seen. Big Brother over time. With that said, it makes me wonder how bad the Have-Not room will be compared to it, and what problems everyone outside of this place will have to face. We’ll find out soon enough!
